Justin Pate—Master Graphic Installer

According to Justin Pate (the host of the video series), “This is a culmination of all of the skills I have acquired over my thirteen plus years as a graphics installer.” Not only does Pate share his expert insights and realistic approaches—which have made him a household name in the vehicle wrapping industry with his groundbreaking Realwraps DVD series—but in the past two years has been living and wrapping in  Europe and has been picking up on a whole new philosophy while installing vehicle graphics.

“The quality and the thoroughness of the work here in Europe is on a totally different level than what we were doing back in the US. People are going to be impressed and by the techniques and new information that will be demonstrated in the videos.” Says Pate.

The design vidoes are hosted and created by Todd LaBrie, President and Creative Director of Carwraps, Inc. “All of these companies are popping up trying to reinvent the wheel on how to design vehicle wraps. There are these big bulky programs out there that require separate hard dives and RIP software companies trying to streamline the process, but no one is teaching the basic “how to’s” for setting up a vehicle template and dropping in the artwork. Nothing could be easier than that once the correct approach and guidelines are understood. I can teach anyone how to design a vehicle wrap.”

LaBrie brings  it back to the basics, and unlike the approach of creating elaborate “fills” and “textures”, he teaches you how to design the way he did for years in some of New York’s top agencies. “You always want to give your customer what they already know and like. Take what they have and brand an image for them. You can’t put lizard skin or flames on a vehicle wrap for a dentist, or a real estate agent.
